Building Improvement Works

Building works will begin at the Avisford Medical Group Yapton site on Monday 2nd March 2026.

We are pleased to let patients know that we are expanding our facilities to support improved access and clinical capacity. As part of this development, we will be adding:

• Two new clinical consultation rooms
• One new nursing treatment room

These enhancements will help us continue providing high-quality care to our community.

During the building works

The work is expected to last for approximately three months. During this time:

The immediate front of the building will not be accessible for parking.

Parking at the site will be reduced for the duration of the building works. Please use alternative local parking options where possible, and if you have specific access needs please highlight this to our staff –as our Middleton Surgery might be a better location for you to attend.

Access to the surgery will continue through the current front door.

Signage and staff guidance will be in place to help maintain safe and easy access.

More appointments will be offered at our Middleton site for the duration of this work.

This will help us maintain a full, safe, and efficient service while construction takes place.

Noise or disruption during your visit.

You may notice some noise or disruption during your visit, but our team will do everything possible to keep inconvenience to a minimum.
