GP pre-booking waiting times

Due to factors outside of our control, our current GP pre-booking waiting times are longer than we would like. We understand that this can be frustrating and want to reassure you that we are actively working behind the scenes to reduce these delays as quickly as possible.

All GP appointment requests are carefully triaged by a member of our duty team. This ensures that each patient is assessed appropriately and that it is clinically safe for routine cases to wait for the next available appointment.

For non-urgent, routine concerns, there may be a longer wait than usual to see a GP at this time.

If you are currently waiting for an appointment and your condition changes or worsens, it is important that you contact us again so that we can reassess your needs and offer appropriate support.
